It`s too complicated to use BBWest BIDS system to do wire transfer. I use their wire transfer staff 800-318-8393.

is there a way that I can do outgoing wire transfer at bank of the west? I need to setup a monthly wire so I dont have to go the branch each time.

I think wire transfer and ACH use the same routing number, but you can call their customer service at (800) 400-2781 to confirm.
