I called Huntington office they told me we need to use 044000024 for a wire transfer to our accounts and to use HUNTUS33 for international wire transfers.

NATIONAL REPUBLIC BK-CHGO

National Republic Bank does offer bank by phone through (866) 757-7162. Not sure if you can wire transfer from there.
